Controller” means the natural or legal person, public authority, department or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the Processing of Personal Data.

Sub-processor” means a legal entity that processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.

What personal data is collected via the website?

Browsing the website entails the collection of Personal Data relating to browsing, i.e. web time stamps, users’ IP addresses, technical data relating to the equipment and browser used by users.

Apart from the Processing mentioned above, only the Personal Data that you communicate to HydroVenture Partners via the contact form are processed by HydroVenture Partners.

Depending on the nature of your request, the Personal Data collected via the website is necessary in order to :
