Definitions

Applicable Data Protection Legislation” means any data protection regulations that may apply in the context of the Processing of Personal Data carried out and in particular:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD) as amended.
  • The amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.

Controller” means the natural or legal person, public authority, department or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the Processing of Personal Data.

Sub-processor” means a legal entity that processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.

Processing” means any operation or set of operations which may or may not be performed using automated processes and applied to Personal Data or sets of Personal Data, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Data Breach” means any security incident, whether malicious or not and whether intentional or unintentional, that results in the compromise of the integrity, confidentiality or availability of personal data.

What personal data is collected via the www.hydroventure.eu/ website?

Browsing the https://www.hydroventure.eu/ website entails the collection of Personal Data relating to browsing, i.e. web time stamps, users’ IP addresses, technical data relating to the equipment and browser used by users.

Apart from the Processing mentioned above, only the Personal Data that you communicate to HydroVenture Partners via the contact form are processed by HydroVenture Partners.

The https://www.hydroventure.eu website is hosted in France on the internal servers of MAGELLIUM ARTAL GROUP located at 1 rue Ariane – 31520 Ramonville Saint-Agne (France).

Your Personal Data will be processed in France.

If your Personal Data is to be transferred outside the European Union, you will be specifically informed, and organisational and technical measures will be taken to ensure an adequate level of protection for your Personal Data, in particular through the implementation of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Who has access to my personal data?

The recipients of your Personal Data are the authorised employees of HydroVenture Partners depending on the nature of your request.

Who is the data controller?

Each company of HydroVenture Partners, which receives or uses your Personal Data for the purposes of processing your request, acts as Data Controller and undertakes to implement adequate measures to ensure the protection, confidentiality and security of your Personal Data, in accordance with the Applicable Data Protection Legislation.

Does this website use cookies ?

How is my personal data protected?

HydroVenture Partners implement all reasonable measures in accordance with the principles of privacy by design and privacy by default in order to implement the necessary safeguards and to secure the Processing of Personal Data.

HydroVenture Partners shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful alteration or loss and against unauthorised use, disclosure or access.

What are my right?

In accordance with Applicable Data Protection Legislation, you have rights in relation to your Personal Data, which you may exercise at any time and free of charge.

You are entitled to access all your Personal Data, and in certain cases to have it rectified (inaccurate or incomplete data), deleted, or to ask for a temporary restriction on its use, to object to being the subject of an automated individual decision (including profiling). You also have the right in certain cases to the portability of the Personal Data you have provided.
